Hardcore Eye Contact - Does she like me? (PLEASE HELP!!)

There's this girl in my class who I always catch staring at me. I always catch her staring at me at least 5 or 6 times within a 2 hour period. I'm 100% sure she's looking at me because there aren't any good looking people that sit around me, no offense to them. That and every time I catch her looking or she catches me looking, we make eye contact and just stare for a few seconds. I've also seen her looking at me through the corners of her eyes.

I've seen her quickly look away when I catch her looking sometimes.

During our 10 min break I wait outside the classroom hoping she'll stop and say something but she usually just looks my way and walks past me. After class she heads out pretty quick too. If she was into me she would at least say something right? I'm about a 6 or 7 on a scale of 1-10 and she's like a 9 or 10 which also concerns me.

So do you think she might be into me? Is she just staring because I am? Do women repeatedly stare at guys for no reason? Any suggestions on how I can approach her?

if she starts making up bullsh*t like "oh I don't know I'm busy blab bla bla" and doesn't propose a diffrent day just forget about it.

or you can ask her a 2nd time and if she doesn't purpose a diffrent time then forget about it.

Im in the same boat here. I like this guy, but I don't know him yet. We do the same thing. I guess if she's like me, she might be too shy and hope you make the first move. She might want to make a move but you give her butterflys? Or she might think what if I sound stupid, what if he doesn't like me? Show her your interested and smile, if she smiles back that's good and go say hi what's up. It definitely sounds like she likes you but is probably just shy and needs a push like me! hahaa hope this helped and goodluck!

Thanks for comment. I don't know but I get the feeling that she isn't shy or insecure. I mean she's the best looking girl in class, she wears nice clothes, and has a spiderman back pack.

You never know, she could be really good at hiding it, I get really shy, so I try to cover it up, cause I think ovasly its not a good look lol. But look at it this way, if one of youse don't make a move then nothing will happen& it sounds likes she really does like you, you never know there's just one way to find out. I would try getting to know her first though to see if youse connect. There a wee quote that goes "Forget the risk and take the fall, if its what you want, then its worth it all!!

I'm going to try to do any of the following A) Give her a smile and say hi when we make eye contact, B) Ask her friend in class for some help, C) Try to get a few words in before class if I see her getting coffee, D) Chase her down after class and talk.

Omw same thing happend to me! I was at the parking lot waiting for a lift, and he was waiting just right across the road. It felt so awkward, I kept sayen to myself what a perfect time to go say hi, buh I couldnt, its all those butterflies. You just have to note all your good points and build up the confidence I really hope you the best!

During your break, just go up to her, and say hi and introduce your self, and ask her what she's doing, what program she's in etc. And maybe let her know your going to grab a drink, and ask her to come----besssssst thing---try and get her before class, say HI, and then approach and execute during break

I would definitely say that this girl has at least got a little crush on you. I always will just stare at a guy that I'm crushing on. She probably is just too shy to say anything to you, and expects you to make the first move. That's what I would want a guy to do, even if I didn't reinforce it. Just keep trying even if it seems like she's not into you, she may just not know how to act.

Nahh I wouldn't say so, it doesn't really matter what a girl looks like, she can still be shy, I mean, I'd like to think I'm above average, and I'm shy in the approaching-a-guy aspect. Just approach her, it will probably only do you good.

well most girls are waiting for the guy to go and approach her she won't go up to you that has happen to me many times. she is already making the first move by making eye contact so if your interested you should go and talk to her. or sometimes people just stare at random people but it doesn't seem that case...girls are not sometimes attractive to really hot guys more to a guy attitude.'so if your interested you should try talking to her!

Se sounds like she is shy,hence her not talking to you.You may think you are a 7,but she may think you are a 10.When I like a guy I definitely stare them down,its just what happens. If she is staring it's because she is interested. Approach her by just walking up to her and introducing yourself. It's not weird,its freakin bold,and hot as hell. So what happened?Did you ask her out?

If she is staring at you that is definitely a good sign that she finds you attractive. At this point though she is probably waiting for you to make the first move because she is probably unsure of whether or not you just find her attractive or you actually want to meet her and get to know her. In your position it can't hurt to make the first move here because at worst you will just start out as friends.

I don't know. What if she's staring at me because I'm staring at her? I mean she's like a perfect 10 or very very close and I'm like a 5 or 6. Unless I'm cutting myself too short in the looks department, then logically I don't see any other reason for why she might be staring at me.

you may not think you are that great looking but it all depends on her taste in guys. some girls may think one guy is totally hot while other girls think that same guy is ugly. so you can't count yourself out just because of that.

Sorry I didn't comment yesterday. Just find something casual to talk about with her, it could be anything, just make sure whatever you say it is something she is actually interested in. Believe me if she likes you all that is going to matter is that you made the effort to talk to her. Good luck, I hope all goes well.

Thanks for the advice. You have all given me more confidence to go and talk to her. We had a quiz on Thursday and she finished pretty quick so I didn't have a chance to say anything. Just a lot of looking from the both of us.

as I have said to my brother before, if a girl looks at you(and notices you're looking at her too) or says hi then runs, IT'S BECAUSE SHE LIKES YOU. she's just really shy. try saying hi and having a conversation with her and find out for yourself.

Well coming from a girl staring is most likely a sign she is in to you, and this is the case she is waiting for you to make the first move.

But of course every girl is different so I could be wrong. She could also be having mixed feelings about you, she might not even know if she likes you or not.

But in most cases if she is holding the eye contact that is a good sign, good luck!

sounds like she's is into you but...

figure out a way to talk to her...

and notice what she does when she talks to you, like playing with her hair or eye contact or if she says your name a lot (like when she leave if she say bye "your name") these are all signs that she def is into you.

i tend to stare at this attractive guy in my class, I wouldn't neccessarily date him but he's good to look at! and sometimes our eye meet or whatever but I don't mean anything by it aside from he's really attractive.
