Only when I'm fully topless or going to the doctor. When I first started wearing one my mom said it would be something I had to get use to, so she made me put it on every morning and leave it on until I went to bed even if I was on summer vacation and was just going to spend the day roaming through the woods.

By the time I was out of my teens it was just routine. Now if I'm going to spend all day at home and inside I don't even get dressed when I get up until it's time to get the mail, in fact, as I type this I've been up since 5:00 AM and still have nothing on but panties, but when I do get dressed it's as automatic as throwing on a shirt or blouse. I don't have to remind myself to get a bra out of the drawer. It's just something I do without thinking.

It's so ingrained that when I go to the doctor, where I don't wear one out of convenience (if I wear one they usually make me take it off before they listen to my heart and lungs, if I don't wear one they just listen through the blouse) I've actually had to turn around and come back home partway there because I forgot to leave it off.

At home 99% of the time I go braless. I'm ironically wearing a bra right now, but most of the time, when I'm home, it comes off. I have small boobs so I don't need to wear one anyway.

I only go braless if say I'm just making a quick trip to the shops and I'm wearing a baggy hoodie or at home.

When I'm at home. Sometimes when I go for a walk around the neighbourhood or quickly to take out the trash or to the story, but only if I'm wearing T-shirt wide enough or a hoodie.
