I’m 17 I haven’t realized that I had this until recently
Is it normal if a female has this hair on side of face? is this okay or unattractive?
I’m 17 I haven’t realized that I had this until recently
It's normal for men and women to have hair on their faces. Some women have hair thicker or darker than others, which makes it seen easier. Don't be worried, epecially since your 17 which sounds like the right time for that to be happening. If you don't like it, there is a plethora of options at your disposal, but don't feel self conscious about it either
Everyone has hair on their face, some have darker naturally. I wouldn’t worry too much about it, but if it bothers you, it’s very easy to shave/wax it off.
Tweezing is like waxing as it pulls the hair out from the root. The hair grows back thicker if you shave is a myth. I’d go with waxing, it’s less painful than tweezing and lasts longer than shaving.
Okay that’s great by the way do you also suffer from being hairy with visible dark hairs?
I think I made a mistake I shaved my sideburns but I didn’t try to shave beneath it
Yeah, I do. Not so much on my face (besides my upper lip), but everywhere else has visible dark hair that I need to shave every day to every other day.
@howlyz uh, why?
it is obvious she shaved her face, I don't need to tell anything else, people who say it's nothing should of seen some women with a full on beard and it is to blame the shaving and the hormones, but shaving is a no go it's simple logic... some girls in puberty have more (visible) facial hair then others, by becoming more sexually active, either by masturbation or sex, girls get less facial hair and with men it is different, with sex they get more facial hair... so just hang in there in that puberty thing and simply girls don't shave their face - it's wrong - it also sounds like the truth, don't shave the face girl, if you haven't yet shaved your legs you can throw that as a bonus too because you will never have hairy legs like the girls who do shave their legs, but that's another story, about hairy legs
@howlyz That’s not how it works... I’ve been shaving my face since I was 13 and there’s been no change, if anything, it’s gottwn a bit thinner. Whereas my sister who’s in her 20s never shaved her face and has more hair than me. It’s not wrong for a girl to shave their face, that’s a silly argument.
@howlyz or from waxing too which eventually kills/damages the hair follicle. but either way, the razor blade did no harm.
"Hirsutism is usually the result of an underlying endocrine imbalance, which may be adrenal, ovarian, or central.[6] It can be caused by increased levels of androgen hormones. The amount and location of the hair is measured by a Ferriman-Gallwey score. It is different than hypertrichosis, which is excessive hair growth anywhere on the body.[3]
Treatments may include birth control pills that contain estrogen and progestin, antiandrogens, or insulin sensitizers.[1]
Hirsutism affects between 5–15% of all women across all ethnic backgrounds.[7] Depending on the definition and the underlying data, estimates indicate that approximately 40% of women have some degree of unwanted facial hair.[8] "

@howlyz i have never had sex before I am a virgin so I don’t get about the sex thing
I don’t have an ovary disorder so what can it be I also struggle with high levels of anxiety
whatever you do do not shave it, if you do it will grow more and will be thicker, maybe your hormones will balance out later on, you can also go on those epilation treatments and stuff like that so you get rid of it like that... it is not so bad trust me and a girl like you can be beautiful despite that, just don't shave that part
don't tweeze it either, later when your hormones balance out these will become less visible and also you can take care of them for good with some epilation treatment... it is just hormones let it be just as it is for now until you go and have profesionals do that for you, just don't do nothing it is the best you can do really... I know so... don't pluck or shave... if possible just masturbate a bit more cause that will also affect it and you will slow down this hair, if you have sex even better
Sure why not. I’ve noticed that a lot w Hispanic women, especially below the neckline. Not that they’re are like that, just the Hispanic women I’ve been w. Obviously I love Hispanic women.

I myself don't have that but then again I lack body hair in general, I have seen many girls who have that though. It's normal I guess and not a big deal.
It's not ugly, it's completely normal and healthy! And you look fine and pretty, never lose confidence in yourself!
Tweezing is going to be painful for you, like really painful.
It's better to remove all the hairs at once than removing one hair at a time, don't you think? I would recommend threading or waxing whatever you want to try.
I'd say it's normal, but is more visible on some people.
You can either shave it or wax it, or even pluck it.
It's not a big deal; if you don't like it, get rid of it
It's normal different people like different amounts of hair.
It's normal I guess, not much hair , can be removed easily if you want to
I wouldn't worry about it; some like that.
I think its very beautiful
Laser hair removal
Do you know how expensive that is? What else can I do I have no money and depend on my parents
Won’t it grow like a men’s?
Don't shave it will grow thicker.
I have hairs like these too and I say waxing is fine like for me it grows once every two weeks which is good enough lol so yeah no shaving, it will damage your skin and it will grow back in like two days or one day lol
@BleachLovesMe Why would it grow thicker from shaving?
It doesn't grow back thicker, just more stubble like and quicker too. Shaving making hair thicker is a myth.
@howlyz he probably didn’t know
Waxing, threading, laser removal, a lot of other options that can be more effective
@BleachLovesMe I said laser hair removal first. She said she needs something that's not expensive so I said shave. Razors are cheap
Not a big deal but you can shave it if you want.
Don't shave... laser removal is fine
It's okay.
Not a real problem
