Staring at women's feet - does it make them uncomfortable?

Since I admire pretty feet a lot, I tend to stare at them. For instance, we are sitting in a cafe or a restaurant and the girl on the next table has pretty feet and she is showing them. How would she feel if she knows I keep looking at her feet. Does she think I'm a jerk? :)

I get the feeling when I said I look at women's feet admirably, readers think I am looking at them as if I was staring at a something on the bust of their shirt without having any shame about it. Its not that. I can assure you ladies ...

... I can assure you that if you have nice feet, at least 20 people stare at them every day and you probably don't even notice it. :)

i wouldn't say a jerk,

i'd be more aware, maybe kind of creepy

if you didn't look at my face, just my feet.

but, at the same time.. you didn't really want her,

you were just enjoying the view.

feet aren't culturally considered sexual,

[opposed to starring at her chest] so it's not super rude.

What makes me conscious is that what if she thinks I am looking at her legs or somewhere else that is cheap and awful. For looking at the chest of women, first of all, I get really conscious of doing it. So even if my eye goes there, I follow the 3 second rule. I do not stare for more that 3 seconds. Even 3 seconds is long. Usually, it is less than 2 seconds.

many girls are really self conscious so if you are staring she might think there is something wrong with them. I personally hate people staring at my feet I don't know why. but you are not a jerk for it.

What if one such person comes up to you and says that you have nice shoes and that your feet are looking nice in the shoes; and that you can see he means it. What would you think of it?

i would think they are wierd, usually guys don't comment on a girls shoes, unless they are gay.

Wow ! If my wife wears a new pair and I don't notice and pass a compliment, I get beaten up. :) I don't understand what makes a guy gay if he appreciates what a girl wears in the feet; especially if her feet look good in them. I mean, a GUY is appreaciating something about a GIRL. How is that gay?
