Is height inevitably a factor for how attractive a man is?

Let's say you have a guy with a really good face and body, but he's of average height, 5.11, (180 cm) for example. Would that guy not be considered the same league as a guy with the same looks but who's 6.1, (185 cm)?
I'm not advocating for really short guys, the question concerns average vs tall men.

What are the common attraction criterias for men: height, face and body form.
So technically the taller the man, the more attractive. Same as we women. The taller the girl, the more attractive she is to men.
Other features play tole too, but as a 175cm girl I can't think myself with w 180cm guy. I can't speak for "all" women but I have many friends same height as me and set minimum height requirement that is taller than 180.

Sorry for honest opinion but we can't chose what we are attrached to.

Im not actually 45. I didn't select age when i sign up. Im orginally 25. But this preference exist in wide range of ages. I mean, my friends are between 20-35 years and they all strongly prefer tall men. Of course, when a special man comes, height is unimportant. But at first sight we tend to judge men by their height. Same as you guys do to women. Either 20 year old man or 45 year old man

These women are extremely superficial and mean, but you can see what we think about short men. Age is not directly decider if women prefer tall or short men since you can see both older and younger women here.

I dont want to lie you by saying "height does not matter." Because you will be dissapointed when you will rejected by a girl because of height if I say so. It does not mean you will be rejected, but chances are exist. It is same as a short and fat girl ask if weight and height matters for men. Same as you guys want tall and slim women, we women also want tall and healthy men.

180cm isn't average, it's above average. Height certainly plays a big role. One study found that, on average, women’s satisfaction with their partner’s actual height was greatest when he was 21cm taller than themselves.

5'9 is average male height.

Right, perhaps the perception is skewed by national standards. Here in Sweden, the average male height is around 180 cm.
But you'd say then that height is always in relation to how much taller the man is than the woman for attractiveness?

I honestly don't understand why girls love tall guys so much. I honestly couldn't care less. Just because your body is more elongated than someone else's doesn't make you any more attractive.

180 is above average, since he is taller than me then it's all fine. And yes he is in the same league as the other guy
