I'm asking a girl out with a note, what should I say that's cute & unique?

So I've liked this girl for a few months now and yes I'm 98% sure she likes me back and I've been looking for a way to ask her out.( We have never really talked before so I know next to nothing about her.) You see we are both really shy and can't seem to get near each other with out one of us darting away from anxiety. Also because of this I know I can't ask her out face to face when people are around witch is all the time because I know the pressure and embarrassment it can cause. So I've decided I am going to give her a note face to face and let her read it so it is a passive way to get a simple answer without the feeling that all eyes are upon you. Now I can't seem to think of anything to say on the note because I want it to be simple and to the point and yet cute and unique without doing the whole love note make things go down hill, you know what I mean. Only thing I can think of is by saying "Would you like to hang out."(or go out, not sure witch would work better) With 3 big boxes saying Yes, Yes, Maybe. What do you think would be a good thing to say? :/

BTW! Let me emphasize "I can't ask her out face to face" for her sake, NOT MINE!

i wouldn't do the box thing. I would just say something cute (a compliment like hey cutie or something.)

since you say she's shy, she might feel nervous going up to you to give you the note or the answer, so by texting, its less awkward and she can feel calm when she talks to you.

if you don't want her to text you, then just tell her to write a note back with her answer:)

Never ASK them if they want to hang out, always offer a suggestion like 'lets go for coffee' instead of 'would you like to go for coffee' I also recommend asking her out face to face, it shows MUCH more confidence than a note
