It would only be rude and come off a bit creepy if you didn't know her well. But if you know her well enough to talk about private matters, then I don't see anything wrong with it. But it should still be casual though. Like maybe start the conversation off with something else and slowly work your way to the topic of size. Otherwise, it will probably seem like that's the only thing on your mind. Depending on your relationship with the girl, it could be risky.
