I've never been on the receiving end of a swirly... but I have a wet willy. I have been on the receiving end of a few of them. Mostly by my brothers like while I'm either reading or sunbathing. But the most memorable one while I was in school last year. I was in Chemistry class doing a lab and we're working with acid. One of my girlfriends thought it was a good idea to give me a wet willy while I was in the middle of writing on a piece of paper. I shrieked so loud in the middle of class and our teacher sent us to the principals office because we were distracting the class.

No swirlies, haha, but we definitely were giving and getting wet willies back in middle school. My favorite was the Nature Wedgie though. Same as regular wedgie, except you scoop up a handful of dirt and pine needles and whatever else, and pull their waistband out and dump it in, THEN proceed with the wedgie. Brutal, lmfao

There was a girl who sat in front of me in high school that I used to always play pranks on because she would always fall asleep in class. I would get my fingers so wet and give her wet willies all the time. It used to be a big deal to her that she never had her first kiss so one day when she was sleeping in class I grabbed her face and kissed her right on the lips and shoved my tongue in her mouth just to ruin it for her.
