Most of them do. For some it might be a heat thing, or inbetween sizes thing.
The ones for attention there are two key differences. Freshly washed, perfect hair and a full face up make up.
The ones looking to work out aren’t scared if their Make up runs or they remove it first. They are there to sweat. Ones for attention will run and work out to show “I’m fit” but not hard enough to really sweat. They’ll gently pat their neck with towel, take a swig of water and if feeling particularly “sweaty” squirt some on their chest and pat away with the towel.
They will also prance over to the muscular men and toss their hair and giggle.
I personally go for the least attractive look as I’m not there to pick men up. I find after going for a while people talk to me as a fellow regular and they get to know me. Also, I’m told how much they hate the bimbo hair flippers (sorry ladies). They come over and help me with weights and technique, not my ability to sip water without spilling!

Yes and no. For the attention seeking ones - sure. However there are those whom wear it for comfort. If I'm out and about doing a vigorous activity and I know I'm going to sweat, I want clothes that are sweat absorbing and not swinging or dropping around. So a sports bra is for certain. Depending on the activity I'm doing I'll throw a tee over it or not. Now with the bottoms, is where I switch it up to runner shorts, leggings... depending on what activity I'm doing if I'm running a lot it's shorts. If I'm going bouldering or doing pole fitness - I'll wear leggings so I don't bare my legs if I get bruised or scratched up.
leggings: not to get attention
bras: to get attention
i think spandex is for attention too bc you could easily wear running shorts
Yes they ware leggings and sports bra 2 get attention. They like 2 show off their body. Especially if they have worked out in gym. Having a sexy body isn't as it seems. I know some girls and women are blessed. But most are not. That's why when they work hard 2 get a sexy body. They want 2 show it off. What better way than a sports bra and leggings.
One reason guys don't wear leggings, is because they would be kicked out of the gym if they did. Women are allowed to show every curve and bulge in detail. If a guy does that, he is considered a pervert and would be told to leave. Don't misunderstand me. I don't think guys should wear leggings.

I guess maybe some women wear such things just to get attention. But being female all my life, I noticed that about the time my hips started to widen, waist started to narrow, and my breasts started to grow, boys/men would be "checking me out." It really didn't matter what I wore. For sure, being at the pool/beach in a bikini got lots of eyeballs looking my way. But I also got (get) looks when I was wearing a VERY modest skirt and blouse (or dress) to church. It's just how men are wired up. If they see the female form, they look. Even young Amish women have guys checking them out, and they are covered from head to toe.
I never once out in leggings and thought oh! I’m gonna make some guys look at me ☺️!
That’s just weird!
I simply find them more comfortable thank shorts because I thought guys would look at my Legs! Lol so kind of the contrary? Plus I also feel i look nicer and who doesn’t just want to look nicer? I do! And never once thinking about if I’m gonna turn on some guys.
I think all girls in general aim to look nice! Not with the sole purpose of attracting men, but rather to look pretty in general for all! Like look I look nice! And Not loook at me in lust and such ewwk! No!I wouldn't say shorts are more comfortable. They aren't as elastic and your skin ends up touching the equipment which results in a sweaty mess. As for sports bras I don't know, I wear a cropped top at most, but i don't like to have too much skin on display because it touches the equipment.
Now, to answer more properly, if you look good you feel good. We like to look good in most situations, so if we can look good in the gym why not? I tend to wear baggier tops and lower waisted leggins when I am bloated so that I don't feel. uncomfortable. i don't sacrifoce confort for looks, but when I can I prefer looking good. I guess some girls prefer to. show more skin when it is really hot. Sometimes I feel like working out in shorts and a sports bra too. Some probably want attention too, but that doesn't mean every girl who dresses nicely is looking for male attention, she may just want to look good in general, for herself and for the rest of people.I wear leggins because they are way more comfortalbe than jogging pants... I also do wear sport bras but also only because they are more comfortable than "normal"ones. I'd never wear it without a shirt on top of it so I guess that wearing it without is indeed for attention purposes.
Some do. I don’t understand these girls who match their clothes to go to the gym. I used to go to this one fitness center where there was this girl who matched her socks to her sports bra. Wtf. I wear whatever I fell out of bed in. The gym is for working out, not walking down a runway.
Not all the time..
I wear leggings to gym because it's comfortable.
I even wear it outside to go to the mall, etc
It's not to attract attention.
And you can even see chubby women that wears leggings and sports bra
Its just all about comfort
I wear sport bra to gym sometimes as well.
Or a single over it.
Regardless, who cares if they're trying to attract attention?
Is it a crime? No lol
And guys love that shit.
Are we not allowed to wear something that looks good on us because it attracts attention?I wear a lot, A Lot of spandex leggings but I got a shape where anything tight fits right.
I'm partial to animal print but I've many many pair, they are inexpensive, easy care, I can push a pair down into my purse so i got a change of clothes if I'm out whoring and dont go home. And if you want to get someones attention in a split second you can tug you up some deep camel toe.Yes and no. When I'm moving vigorously, there's nothing I hate more than clothes swinging around. So I like something tight and form fitting, it's just more comfortable. I used to wear tight leggings and a sports bra. But uh to put it nicely, I came off the treadmill super sweaty one day and some dude decided to slap my ass. I mean I wasn't mad, he was trying to be friendly. But after that, unless my boyfriend is around I wear sweatpants and bra.
I like your question. I have wondered stuff like this too. I mean, it's so 'normal' now, but why did it start? You're right, a very valid q.
I feel like sports bras with a shirt over that comes half way down the butt, and long leggings would be a good compromise. And it would deflat some of the sexual energy and tension at gyms. But I don't go to them, so it's all up to you to hash it out.Yes we wear it because we feel sexy in them and it curves to our curvature but also I wear my shorts and t-shirt when I'm tired or lazy so it depends on our mood plus if we're single we don't mind showing what we got those leggings are comfy and are tight so if I feel like not being so sexy or just like a blah day I'll wear the norm
Funny, when I was probably around 15 I started getting comments on my leggings, and that’s when I learned guys saw leggings and yoga pants as sexy. I just wore them because I thought it looked nice, but wasn’t thinking about the sex appeal of it😅.
So you're telling me.. You see girl in workout clothes.. at the gym..
Sports bras are used so their titties won't fly every where out bounce. It keeps them close to their chestYes they do but they love to lie to themselves and think they're just wearing it cause it's comfortable.
Leggings are very comfortable and serve the same function as sweat pants, and they’re usually very breathable. They’re like under armor for your legs, if that helps. And the sports bra is a thing since t-shirts can compress us in weird ways so sometimes it’s easier to wear this half-shirt thing (most women still wear a bra underneath)
So, when you wear compression shorts or whatever, that’s basically what women are wearing to work outNah, I wear either sport bra or a t-shirt (sometimes I wear both), but I usually wear gym shorts, rarely leggings.
To me leggings are much more comfortable then shorts.
It's like asking if the wear skirts and dresses to get attention. While they might wear long and short skirts, she's likely wearing the shorter ones, for the attention. You can feel comfortable in both, ladies.
You wear the short ones, cause you like the attention you get from wearing themI'm willing to believe that leggings are comfortable, but women HAVE to know that they will get more attention when they wear them.
They are comfortable, but I'd wear shorts and a t-shirt because I'd feel awkward being that exposed in public. I only wear leggings with a long, loose shirt or under a dress.
Thinking depending on the women in question.
30% comfortable
30% fashion
40% attention
