Well...not all do. There are some really pretty girls who are just as nice, sweet, and humble as any guy would want them to be. Then there are the pretty girls who are vicious, snobby, and have the typical "mean girl" syndrome.

--But you're right, some just expect to be treated like gold because of their good looks but end up coming off as artificial, stuck up, and high maintenance. I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting nice things or having confidence but some girls just let their good looks go to their heads. Also, when you're really pretty it's easier to use guys for your wants/needs, especially when it comes to money and material items and maybe because it's easier to get what you want from guys kind of get a nasty air about yourself. But it always "cost" to get these wants/needs too.

--However, humility is key and karma will always come to up to bite you in the butt one day so it's good to have a nice attitude even if you're prettiest girl in town.

--I know some guys like this too. They have the cocky, too good for others type attitude and it's really annoying because hot guys are a dime a dozen...or at least decent looking guys. I see them everywhere and their bad attitude is just a turn off.

They don't always! Some probably do 'cause I know how you really do get treated differently from childhood when you're pretty--& some of us who don't naturally have a good/healthy balanced personality aren't pushed to explore certain things & emotional depth,etc.  in life because life often comes easily to them.  Things can remain shallow for many.

The aesthetically appealing ones tend to have poor personalities as that appeal can compensate for it; they are able to engender such devotion without even trying whereby they needn't develop any people skills. Some may view as it a defence-mechanism given the number of unwelcome advances they would be subject to-but good manners cost nothing and humility is a virtue.

Personally I enjoy tearing these egomaniacs down should they provoke me-a short, sharp metaphorical hit between the eyes works wonders for their perception of reality, and indeed, imparts a lesson on how no person should suffer their pretensions.

you're too young to be that cynical already. people have bad personalities no matter what they look like, you might just be generalizing from your own experiences. I know plenty of attractive women that have great personalities. you just have to broaden your horizons.

They don't all. I've known some absolutely drop-dead gorgeous girls who had amazing personalities. Some of them develop this stand-off personality to avoid having guys hit on them 24/7 and some are just so beautiful that people don't talk to them much, so they get surprisingly few opportunities to develop an extensive personality. At least, that's what they told me when I asked.

But it does take a while for some of them to open up.

IF  your statement if true, which it probably is not, I would think it's because those are the girls who spend a lot of their time making themselves look so pretty. And the kinds of girls who spend such a great deal of effort on their appearance every day are probably pretty shallow. So it's not so much that the prettiest girls have bad personalites, but that girls who are shallow (i.e. bad personality) spend a lot of time on how they look because it takes priority in their life.

Because pretty girls don't need to form a personality to get attention. People just naturally fawn over them. However, not all pretty girls have bad personalities. Some of them are great people too, they're just hard to find.

Because they know their pretty and guys will still go after them no matter what. It's the same for guys too. Normally the hottest guys are the biggest assholes. It's cause they know their hot and can still get any girl they want.

Because most have been spoiled rotten, and have gotten away with everything all their lives because of their looks... they are usually the biggest bitches, have the worst attitudes, roll their eyes if you tell them they are either pretty or beautiful like if they know it already... and think they are entitled to everything... which makes them some of the worst type of human beings you will ever want to meet let alone date...
