I run every day (six miles) and about 75% I don't wear anything under my running shorts. I always wear a thong if I'm on my period. Also, some people on here said they wore panties so they won't have a camel toe. I have running shorts that are made exclusively for girls and they don't have a seam in the crotch and they also have thicker material in the crotch so the shorts usually don't ride up.

Probably I have a few reasons why I think so:
1. There is no noticeable underwear line
2. She's in her backyard (I think), so nobody can see her anyway.
3. If she's wearing a sports bra outside, who's to say she'd wear underwear under her shorts,
4. They look a lot like boycut boxer briefs rather than shorts.

No. Panty lines or comfort. Many young women I have spoken to go commando these days unless there is a reason not to. And I don't think they were trying to excite me.

I'd say she wears underwear but i'm sure there's times she doesn't wear them... often haning around the house I don't wear them and if I have to go out real quick i'll just throw on something real quick... rather than stain up a clean pair of underwear... if I go out to the city or even local i'll wear underwear because it can be gross not to.

I train long distance. Serious runners may not wear underwear, but ONLY if one has suitable 'no seam' shorts! Otherwise, you need LOTS of bodyglide!
