Well context would be helpful but I'll try and help. Normally when a female copies everything you do its a sign of self esteem issues as since they don't feel comfortable living their own life they may try to copy another person which makes them feel more secure in themselves as it gives them sort of a new persona which replaces the old nervous one. It can also be done in admiration for that person as well since the more you respect someone the more you want to be like them such as if your dad is your idol or something as it gives them a goal in life to achieve which is achieve what you have so they have a meaning for life. Also could be doing to because they are crazy but that's the least likely one in my opinion. Anyway these people can be flattering if its just minor things they copy but once they copy lots of aspects then its best to confront them or advise them to seek some type of help/treatment.

It's either flattery or mockery.  Probably flattery, not too many people fuck up their own hair to make fun of how fucked up yours is.

Depends they could look up to you and admire you or be jealous of you! I work with a young girl that completely changed her hair to be like me. It looks dumb because it doesn't match her colouring. But I know she is doing it because she admires me!
I think how you deal with it has to be based on who they are. Do they just need guidance and a role model. Could you be that person? are they your age and could it be a coincidence. Are they nasty about you? Take it as flattery and be that role model for them.
Turned out the girl above had a single mum, in turn, thought her upbringing was poor because she had a single mum. She admires me for being a SM that can provide for her kids and was the polar opposite to hers! So I just mum her a bit now.

Why girls hate it when another girl makes something like them? I lost my family as a child and I don't have idea about how to be a lady I always imitate the girls around as nd they hate me for this.. Why I don't understand. I didn't find someone to teach me how to live as a girl

This could mean so many things. This could mean that she either admires you or that you're an inspiration for her or this could also mean that she's jealous of the things that you have or the way you look.
