She sometimes serves my order when I get takeaway and I usually smile at her and make small talk to show I’m interested. It’s very difficult to tell if she does feel the same way when I make eye contact with her since since she will give me a little smile and quickly look away. I did notice when I placed my order she went and whispered something to the other worker about me and then he turned around looked at me and smiled saying hello. I can't tell if this is a sign she does like me or not..

Ask her out and find out. If she is interested she will say yes, otherwise say no. Pick a weekend, when she would be free.
May be an eatout/drinks/movie... Talk to her, she knows the answer not the internet.

Okay firstly, my mind read that whole comment in like a whiny, desperate self pitiful way, so I apologize if "whiny desperate guy" what's not the tone that you had when you wrote it. My mind often does random voices to give each comment some kind of human element. I can't really control which voice is going to come up. 🐒

That being said, just don't even put any thought into it and go for it. Just say "I think you're pretty cute, do you wanna play Legos at my house?"
Worst possible scenario is that she is flattered, even if not interested. In that case, hug your dog and move on.
Best case, your building a Lego castle for your queen in your parents basement and maybe, if your feed her enough BS and alcohol, you might be touching boobies. Yippee!! Booby time.

If your 26, maybe you'll get this, maybe you won't, but I remember distinctly at the age of 25 when I would walk past a woman and our eyes would glance at each other for maybe like more than a second it was just a real strange feeling. Every one I could call it. You know, it was like when they would look at you and as if they were looking right through you and anyway I know I was right because after I've got the balls and talk to these women they all would say "yeah, your intuition was spot-on". And no, not ALL of them were prostitutes. And no I've yet to be off. But admittedly there were several that I didn't dare, out of shyness. (Yeah, I wasn't always a badass, I was a ball less and desperate whiner, like someone we both know)

I mean, come on, Princes used to have to fight through dragons and trolls just to get to meet a Princess. You can't find the courage to say a few words to a docile lady?

I used to have a friend who was not particularly charming or good looking but he would talk to several women a day, just start talking to them.
Dude always had dates.
Strange how just a few minutes of courage/effort a day was the difference between him being alone and him thriving.
