When I walk around my park nearby, I've noticed that if there's a good-looking, shirtless, muscular (but not too muscular) guy running around, the girls that may be out walking or whatever don't check them out or even look at them. What's the reason for this? Are all the females that say females are visually-stimulated too, lying?

Not many answers unfortunately, but seems like when girls say that they're visually-stimulated too in terms of sexuality, as much as males are, they're either dumb or lying.
Why don't girls look at hot shirtless guys when they are out running for exercise?
There’s a CrossFit gym near my school, so super fit guys are always running around. Some shirtless, some in tight athletic clothes. It’s not particularly interesting. You can see a hot naked torso anytime you want to online. They also look like douchebags, so that subtracts from their general attractiveness in my opinion.
Who says we don't? I most certainly do.. but if I don't it's bc A : I don't find him physically attractive despite his body B: I simply don't care because I like sonmeone else
Most girls are so picky that 8 out of 10 guys aren’t attractive to them (blame social media for that) and the ones they are attracted too they do look, they just hide it
