Yes, she struck a low blow. Sounds like by accident. And if not be accident, then you need to confront her and inform your instructors of what happened.
It's a contact sport, not a playground.
I've been sent to the ground by men and all it means is I need to work on my technique. In some cases it means the guy who hit me needs to work on control, but not always.
I've had sprains and battered limbs for weeks before.

well judging by ur response, im sure if i annoyed you on the streets you'd probably kick me in the dick and feel no regret because i acted a certain way
No, unless you're physically threatening me, I won't bother with you. You can try to annoy me if you want, but my philosophy on self-defense is that unless I need to fight for my life, I won't use force.
If you come at me to attack me, and words don't work on you, I'll do everything in my power to preserve my life and run away to safety.
Annoyances (if they're even annoying - I doubt you would be annoying irl) aren't a force-worthy thing. I wouldn't strike you, I'd just walk away.
In all honesty, it sounds like you were just too slow with your spinning kick. And her aim was off (or it wasn't, if groin strikes are legal in your style, and she might have used excessive force).
But a spinning kick that exposes your groin? That's not a basic move. That's not something to try to use just because a woman successfully hit you with it twice.
Also, I say again. Contact sport. You're not going to get a special exception for having a dick.

Those aren't particularly sensitive targets. The vagina hit will hurt simply because the groin is sensitive no matter your sex, though womens' are much less so than mens'.
Boob hits are more surprising, but generally don't hurt more, either.
And unless your style encourages women to go for the junk, this was likely a mistake.
I say again, if you're doing a spinning kick, you're exposing your groin. You brought it on yourself.
And if you're facing an attacker on the street, aim for whatever you please. But if you're sparring, obey the rules of your club.
Just because you have a dick doesn't mean you get a special exception. Just because you wanna be "nice" in a *contact sport* doesn't mean your opponent needs to be nice to you, either.

no i figured to go easy on her and when i was slowing down i should have blocked her kick but yea she caught me down there and was shocked and started laughing.

Don't be so full of yourself. You may, you may not have.
It's good not to hurt your partner, but it's not good to pull your punches (or kicks) with them, either. Adjust accordingly.
Since she hit you hard this last time, it must mean she's wanting a more challenging opponent. So hit her just as hard as she hit you. That's what I do as a woman who spars men. If they hit me as hard as they want, I'll hit them as hard as I want. If they hit me hard enough that I feel it, but not hard enough to injure, then I'll reciprocate.
This is, again, a contact sport. You don't get points for being nice. You get points for scoring.
I will do something that will make her wake up... let's just say that.
Just make sure you're not being a sore loser, and you're still obeying the rules of the club.
If you assault a woman, you also don't have any special privileges.

because she keeps kicking me in the groin or hitting me in the groin... i once caught her elbow in my nuts when she was aiming for my stomach.
