Both. I’ll double up for extra security, especially at the start. I’ll pop a pad/panty liner in a day or so before I’m due too just incase.

Pads, always. I don't like tampons and I feel that if I tried to use one I would end up going to the hospital.

Definitely tampons. Pads are like wearing diapers and I can't get cups to fit comfortably so tampons is the only thing that works for me.

A menstrual cup is a silicone cup that sits inside and collects the blood. It's reusable, lasts at least 5 years. Better for you and for the environment.

Period panties are underwear with a built in special fabric that absorbs the blood like a pad, except it doesn't smell, doesn't feel damp, and you just wash them and reuse.
