I’m not sure there is anything. I’m well aware of my strengths and weaknesses, happy with who I am, and still striving to improve. If a woman is better than me at something that’s near and dear to me, it’s a learning opportunity. Seeing it any other way is small minded pride. But if she needs to brag about it or bring gender into it, that’s *her* insecurities talking.

If it is something like fix stuff around the house, know more than me about a certain topic, makes more money than me, lifts more than me... Fine AS LONG as she doesn't throw it in my face. Then yes I would feel emasculated. This situations always require proper answer!
Other than that something like losing at wrestling would also be very emasculating.
