By short I mean around, 5'2 and under

I'm a rather short woman, I'm 153 cm. I haven't slapped someone yet, but if I do it's going to hurt.
If you think it's because we won't be able to reach... then he would have to be very tall for that to be the case and if so, I would go for another vulnerable place closer to my reach.

As I said I'm 6'6 or 198cm, so the question for you would be, if you were to slap me, would you be worried that you aren't tall enough, or are you confident enough?
And is slapping a very tall man any different? Like would you consider it as an achievement "Yayy I slapped a giant!"

Well, for the sake of the question I measure, and my arms would be able to reach about 2 m of height, so I would be able to reach the face of someone that height.
But it's something you can feel in the situation.

It's not something I walk around worried about. And I don't see sorting to violence as an accomplishment.
