I want to ask you about a man. Why he is abrupt toward a woman and why he is awkward toward her when he compliment her? Or why he ask her several times if he can be friendly the woman say yes and then he become abrupt? He is crazy?

Why is the wrong question. That implies that somehow you could persuade him to change, but you can't. The only important question is "How are you going to respond to his behavior?" That's up to you.
