Yes. I have 4 best friends and at least some of us are together 90% of the time. Nudity is not a big deal here.

  It was just me & my bestie. She had to help me get dress & i had to help her too. But my aunt walked in & so did a few other ladies that were a part of the wedding and they proceeded to get undressed & redressed in their wedding attire too. None of us thought anything of it except "Are we going to be ready on time?"
