Dear girls, i wanna ask something.

Do you girls go through a lot of pain during periods? Because, i saw many times my girlfriend used to lock herself in a room for whole day for lot letting me know that in how much pain she is in.

But yesterday i saw her in periods and i was with her for whole day, and she was really in pain for whole day. And was bleeding randomly and frequently. As i was feeling so bad, like i had tears in my eyes.

I want to you express your experiences about your period times and how painful it is.

If the pain is debilitating and interfering with her going about her life severely, it may need medical attention and is not normal. Periods are incredibly uncomfortable, for sure. And the pain fluctuates monthly for me. Last month it felt like someone was punching my uterus but not like the initial hard impact but you know after a punch? It still hurts but in a dull, i can manage bc my brain knows im fine type of way? I dont like moving on my period tbh and ik a lot of people relate, but exercuse can rlly help. If not during that week then the week before!

Yes, it can be debilitating for some women. My are bad for a couple of days and sort of taper off.

She may want to visit her gynecologist and inquire about birth control. The correct birth control is not just for preventing birth but regulating hormones. With hormones in check, they should be better than without.

She do visit her gynecologist frequently and she said it is normal to bleed this much.

@Jam321 I’m not suggesting it is not normal. I am referring to severity of pain. When I first went on birth control, it was not specifically for preventing pregnancy but to control hormones.

After a period of time taking birth control, the period severity lessened, as did the pain, cramps, headaches, etc. My point is that finding the right birth control can help tremendously.
