I'm not sure if all boys even like asses, that's something modern culture can attribute to. Yes, even I had that phase as a young lad, but honestly I never found that attractive as it would imply I enjoy the poop-hole sex, I just imitated the crowd, that is all. Besides men have one too. Quite strange to like that part in my eyes.

Anyhow, what actual men like are large and healthy breasts and wide hips, why? That is because we want our offspring to be healthy, women with those attributes tend to produce stronger children, well it also makes it easier for the kid to latch on, albeit it might be an issue if the nipples are too big. Yes boys might say we like this or that, but that's mostly conditioning, or rather a forced behaviour, like how a girl says I only like Korean k-pop feminine boybands look.
