I can’t tell if she likes me?

This is what she does around me

She always smiles around me.

She likes night owls like me.

She teases me.

She acts different around me.

She always happy around me.

She has engaged a conversation with me just before I left.

Her Body language I can’t tell much but I can’t tell if she’s being friendly or more and It’s also possible that she doesn’t know how I feel. If I talk to her about this I don’t want to jeopardize the relationship we have right now. This is been going on for at least by month and a half now

I no longer talking to her because her hours got changed and she’s avoiding me now.

So based on what you said here, she might be interested in you. The only thing to do, is to ask her on a date.

However, I say in a response to another comment, that if you were to ask, she would dodge the question. If she has dodged this question before or she dodged the question when you asked her out, she is not interested in you. If she was interested in you, she will say yes

oh ok I got you. Honestly, these are usually signs a girl may be into you. Next time you talk to her, try to notice five things, when you are talking to her.

1. Is she generally ok being seen alone with you
2. Does she kind of stand or sit close to you, like closer than a friend normally would, basically invading your personal space
3. If her arms are at her side, or in your pockets, she is more open and comfortable around you, and doesn't feel the need to guard her self, if she is guarding her self, she will usually have her arms crossed
4. Is she playing with her or twirling her hair, rubbing her hands against something, is her foot or feet tapping really fast? These are signs that she is a bit nervous around you, which usually means she is interested in you, especially if she also doing Number 3 at the same time.
5. When she is talking to you, does she like to hold eye contact? like she seems very interested and intrigued into what you are saying, even if its just about your day where you just sat at home and watched TV.

Number 3 and 4 are the most important signs to notice, but every girl is different, so her signs may be a bit different than my examples, just google Body language signs of being open and comfortable for more examples, and google body language signs of nervousness for more examples.

In the end, the best way to find out, is to get over your fears and just ask her, there is no true sign that a girl is interested in dating you rather than a verbal yes. If you are still anxious about it, just pay attention the other things and try to get a scale on that.

There is no absolute hint here other than outright asking her, and seeing as you fear losing the friendship then I don't think your in a position to out right ask
So what is your end goal here? You want to take her out? Date her? Sleep with her?

Also what kind of setting did you two meet in? Work? Bar? Club? Mutual Friends?

Is this someone you work with? Is she single? Flirt with her a little and take it from there.

Try giving her some compliments on her appearance then see how she reacts.
If she’s a bit dismissive then she may just think of you as a friend but it sounds like she likes you to me.

I’m not sure she’s single but she never talks about having a boyfriend or seeing anybody. If I ask about her relationship status it might give her some suspicions. Also she’s the only one who teases me when I see her. If I try to cop him at her she might dodge it because she might be shy saying the answer to me.

my mother was a waitress and my father was a gas station attended back in the late 70s. My parents are no longer living. With her behaviors like I mentioned she’s not trying to get extra tips from me. She’s very nice to me. She has smiled back at me before too
