Girls, What’s more effective in a self defence situation: Pepper Spray or a Kick in the Balls?

Definitely pepper spray.
Kicking a guy in the groin is harder than it seems. Guys have really good instincts for defending that area when they see a foot or a knee coming towards it or even positioned in a strategic way to attack that area, which makes sense evolutionarily. They don't have a good instinct for covering their face when an arm is raised towards them from 4 feet away.
Also, once you pepper sprayed a guy you can also kick him in the groin. It would be way easier to do and you can easily get a very accurate hard impact, something that's virtually impossible against a stronger male attacker when they're up and alert.

More distance more safe. Kick in the balls is never a good choice for self defense…. Even palm pushing nose is more effective.

but you have to admit if you did kick a guy straight on he would feel it and be in extreme pain

I’d try to do both. I’d spray him first then kick his nuts, then I’d run.
