Everyone is different, but why does it seem like women are always tired?

Whenever I talk to a woman, either dating, relationship, at work, family, friends, etc, and I ask how they are. It's always a "I'm tired" type of response lol. Why is that?

Sure some days we don't have full energy or maybe didn't sleep well. But... Every single time I ask a woman how she feels today lol? It's just something I've noticed throughout my life talking to women. Couldn't just be a coincidence right?

actually most Americans would probably say that they are chronically tired, especially parents of small children. You work 40-50 hours a week then come home to work more. They say to be a well balanced adult, you also need to have a social life, a hobby, a good job, and exercise. Then if you have children, that's a whole nother story.

Many people are extremely busy these days (definitely when it comes to Americans) and don't get the sleep they require. But yeah, I think it's more common with women being tired.

Well I usually always have full energy. I guess maybe majority of people might not have much energy?

@Somegirl678 Your age that's most people's prime. My energy was endless then. It's changed but I still have full energy daily.
