It could mean that you’re coming on too hard. Someone saying they’ll come visit when someone moves far away could be interpreted as being extremely intimidating and scary. You’re making drastic changes in your life because of her. That isn’t very attractive at times. Unless you’ve built a substantial connection over the course of a long period of time. Doesn’t really sound like that’s the case here tho.
