What does it mean if a woman looks back at you?

Yesterday I was speaking to a work colleague, when a girl I like came in and we looked at each other. Aftet she looked at me, she then looked down to my shirt and tie to my waist (top half of body), as if checking me out.

After what looked like checking me out, she proceeded to go into a room she was heading towards. As she went to go into the room, she hesitated and stalled and then turned her body sideways and seemed to look back in my direction.

Why did she look back? Is it attraction?
What does it mean if a woman looks back at you?
