I don't think it's about being black or white but to my knowledge some white women prefer having a slight tan so they sunbath and some black women prefer having long and straight hair so they wear a wig. Neither of those are defined as black or white specific characteristics.

Outside of those I can't think of any remotely close examples to the subject.
