there's really nothing special about blue eyes. they're just.. eyes. i mean for me, eye color doesn't play any part in my attraction to someone. although some people (many people actually 💀) may find blue eyes more attractive--- its simply because blue eyes are pretty rare and may arouse a hidden poet (eyes like the sparkling ocean, sky without a trace of cloud,, etc etc)

otherwise my crush has the prettiest eyes i've ever seen, and they're brown.

Most girls I know also really like brown as they are not as common, blue are very common and then green.
