Girls, Would any of you be comfortable helping or talking about a persons struggles or insecurities?

I do that all the time, I am comfortable about that and my partners were always very open about their issues, as well as male friends.
But there are some limits, because I don't give this availability to everyone: I avoid anyone who could start to rely on me and install a routine where my role becomes the "caregiver", like, someone constantly demanded and even expected to care, absorb crisis, absorb passive aggression etc etc, and getting guilt-trapped if the assistance is not given. This is very, very bad, very uncomfortable, and I avoid anything similar at all costs from the first hints that I learnt to recognize with the time.
But as long as I'm not meant to be "hired" as a "full time psychologist", and, the person shows to have their own autonomy and no mindset to think a woman should be there to "fix" them, then I'm all ok in being available to talk about issues.
This is most likely what most of girls fear, though, because a role of "caregiver" is by definition a taxing role, with responsibilities (and so, stress) on a person who will never give back enough, to repay, because in a constant position of need. It's a role that goes to debt by definition, and that should be taken only by parents or someone paid for that (like elders assistants).
So as long as you show your own autonomy and own self will to proceed in the life even alone, and can actively support your partner too, then talking about your issues and receiving support is part of a relationship pack anyway, by default. Just, it's not always convenient to talk about such things during the first dates because girls might be scared you're going to be clingy and to guilt-trap them for not assisting you enough. However, if someone looks open minded and talks about her issues as well, then you can mention yours too. In some cases having similar struggles strenghtens the bond. Just be really aware that meaning a partner as someone to "fix" you, will always bring you to failure at some point, anger and disappointment, because girls would escape from that (and those who get trapped, will anyway never cover the role fully and at some point they will leave).
I had partners of this sort and they were the reason I stopped dating guys for several years.
