Earlier today I was getting out of Starbucks n bumped into one of them business woman typeShe snapped at me and I apologized then she said I almost made he spill her coffee on the suit and I was not sorry enough. I told her well I didn't so calm down. This sent her into a rage and she started to yell and follow me demanding my name and address and where I work because she wanted to make sure to action was taken to meWhy did she get so angry and what should I do
