I personally have my doubts. It is already difficult to aim correctly in a regular toilet bowl without making the exercise even more difficult by trying to aim into something as small as a mouth. Unless of course, the man is know to be a big mouth, in which case it makes it a tad easier.

Nevertheless, the risk to get everything elsewhere than were planned is not negligible and who is going to be faced with cleaning everything up? Of course not the urinal itself.

No, girls don't want to urinate in places other than the ones designed for that purpose. I am not even addressing the issue of health and hygiene.
