There is one girl that was friendly to me, but she is ignoring me and she the one that started talking to me, why is that?

She's either busy with life and will come around later, or maybe something might be off with her. Next time you see her in person, take her somewhere private and ask her calmly "hey, what's up with you? You've been acting pretty diatant lately, is everything okay?" Most likely, she'll shrug it off and say that everything's okay and she was just busy. In this case, just wave it off and go about your day as usual. It's probably nothing. But if she continues to act the same way, she probably lied to you to get out of the spotlight and avoid confrontation.

Speaking from personal experience, I've had a lot of girls blow me off the same way and I shared my own experience here a few days ago myself. Usually the girls who do this may strike a conversation with you first, thinking you're interesting, but then lose said interest when they get to know you more or simply over time, or if they feel like the relationship isn't going anywhere. If so, they'll probably pull away from you without any reason and start investing their time in guys whom they may like more and have a crush on. Which sucks.

If this happens, accept it for what it is and move on from her. No use sniffing around her anymore because at this point, you'll only come off as annoying and clingy, so instead, pull away from her and spend your time and effort in friends who care for you back. In the likelihood of you two running into each other in the future as it's a small world, if she says hi, greet her back with the same energy she's projecting, catch up a bit and excuse yourself even if you don't have anywhere else to be, and even if you feel like she may like you now. It's better if she knows and understand the feeling you felt when she blew you off before, and no, I'm not saying this to be petty, I'm saying it as a way to test her. If it really was something, she'll follow up with a text later on.
