No penetration feels good if you don't get anesthesia first.

For those having to undergo surgery with 2 holes, usually in the abdomen wall need full anesthesia.

Microsurgery is a surgical discipline that combines magnification with advanced diploscopes, specialized precision tools and various operating techniques. These techniques are primarily used to anastomose small blood vessels (arteries and veins) and to coapt nerves.

I am sure that it feels much better if you are under full anesthesia than if you are awake or even just partially anesthetized.

@PrettyPriya, that works in this field will surely agree with me that it is much better to get anesthesia prior to having double penetration by microsurgery. I personally would never want to have to perform that surgery without being under full anesthesia. What about you?

@SueShe You are, of course, correct. While we do not perform surgical procedures at the practice I work at, I have seen more than my fair share of medical records.

I have yet to see one that has a surgery and no medical code for anesthesia.

Im still trying to figure out exactly what it is we are supposed to be doing but if we are doing it “double”, I’m sure it is worthwhile. Any behaviour worth doing twice must be good.

Double penetration is what they meant here. Clearly inquiring if we like sending two players through the defense to maximize our chances of scoring points in the big game. Personally, I think good ball movement can outweigh the need for sending more than one player in at a time. Lots of movement by the offense to find favorable match-ups to eventually work the big man into scoring position.

It also occurs to me this could also be a sexual thing... but this is less likely as I doubt the asker is more interested in sex than a good basketball reference. 😉
