What does it mean when a girl replies to my message once a day?

I met this girl online and we have been talking over 2 months now. But she tend to reply messages only once a day. We do send each other like 5-8 messages about our lives, hobbies or anything. I am not sure what to think of it. She replies with a lot of contents in her messages so in a way, I guess she dont mind messaging me (I hope so).

From what I know, she is not working as for now due to some medical issues. We are planning to meet up in the near future (I don't know if she would bail out on the last minute but I hope not).

No. What I am trying to say is that I met her online, talked to her for the past 2-3 months, she tend to reply once a day with long messages on the things we talked, she agreed to meet up in the future. The question is more of whether she is interested in being friends (or more if it does go to that route) or just replying for the sake of replying.

She suggested me to watch/read some of her anime and asked me about school and etc. I really don't know if that is her asking for attention or etc.

She stopped talking to me when I suggested we talk through telegram. I guess I had outlived my usefulness.
