If it is a girl you LIKE than you are best off making touch contact early as it becomes more a barrier the longer you leave it. The best way is in response to something funny in acknowledgement. A tap on the hand or shoulder. It needs to be genuine otherwise the fake sensors will rate it as creepy.

If girls are comfortable with you or LIKe you they are ok with touch unless you are going for a breast.
