They might do, I turn red when I’m feeling awkward, example is i may turn red at work around a guy who stares at my boobs when he thinks I’m not looking because I feel uncomfortable, or around anyone else who has made situations awkward. I don’t turn red because I like someone. Now it’s awkward because of a manager saying things relating to myself and someone else because I tried to have a conversation and was told not to, now I turn red around those people because I’m embarrassed. It’s awkward with guys as they may assume you like them from turning red, I might like a guy but i won’t turn red because I like him, only when I feel uncomfortable or embarrassed
