Do women ever forget to put on a bra before leaving the house?

It's uncomfortable because as a guy it's hard not to stare. All the managers at my job are required to wear a white blouse

No. The majority of us will definitely notice almost immediately if we're not wearing a bra due to the "lack of support."
I can honestly say in my 20 years of wearing a bra, I've never forgotten to put one on
