Honestly, scars do not really matter all that much. I would not worry about it. II guess it depends on how sever they are and where they are... but back and shoulder I would not worry about it.

On the shoulder and back? absolutely no effect on beauty. In most cases, if a woman is beautiful, some scarring to the face barely has any effect.

Well I haven't seen it so I guess it depends how nasty it is. I got a scar on my face when I got 10 stitches but it healed enough to where hardly anyone notices. Although, I will still stick to my original opinion is that if she is a 10, some scars on her is not going to stop her from being a 10.
