For example, let’s say the police did a wellness check on you and they said they fear your mental well-being isn’t in the right place and they believe you’re a danger to yourself and your kids.

It definitely can if it gets written into a report. Usually, if the police say this aloud then it goes into the report to protect their own liability in case something happens with you or children. I would get their report.

Until you have their documented report, I would not worry about it too much. Perhaps, an attorney should be consulted. m

Yes. The next time you get pulled over, the police will have a preconceived notion when they run your plate/DL. Also, it may send up a red flag if you apply for a concealed carry permit. Of course, anything further reported will add to it.
