I would say it means she likes you a lot. I would not read too much into emojis to be honest. They mean different things to different people. I would focus on what she actually said, which was that she likes you. That is much more meaningful.

Now, about the "take care buddy" might just be a term of endearment. Maybe that was just her playful way of saying hope all is well and take care. Again, don't read too much into that. She sounds like (to me) that she is a bubbly type of person and it shows in her words.
