What does it mean when a woman tells you personal stuff about her life?

my new boss was telling me things about her life. she told me all these things at diff times

like how her step father touched her for many years after this one she told me not tell anyone

like how she took birth control for 10 years because she had painful peroids

& there was one time in her marriage i guess her husband did something but she did not finshed telling me & i did not asked.

You are trusted. Fact. As I've been told personal stuff by a walmart employee while on the job. We were good buddies. Hell, even with a girl i just met in my call center job about how she had to take a shi right then but can't leave. I didn't even know where she lived buuut :1
