Why does my girlfriend get so upset when she is held accountable?

She is extremely judgmental about other people’s driving and I was like look you have no place to judge when you literally hit someone’s car and caused a claim on our insurance. I was like you can even ask your mom and she would tell you the same thing and she goes your being an instigator and I’m like how

Could be the way you’re saying it to her is coming off as arrogant or hurtful or know it all. Or else you’re telling her something she doesn’t want to hear.

I don’t get in this sight how I’m trying to be a know it all I just haven’t heard of someone who was just in a small accident coaching someone on how to drive or judging someone else’s driving

Most women are typically stunted when it comes to logic. When they get emotional (which is true of ANYBODY) they tend to be less logical. And women tend to be ruled more by emotion more. The good news is she probably knows you're right deep down but just doesn't want to admit it.
