Why is my daughter so angry? How do I explain it to her?

I met a girl at a dance club, and let her stay in my daughter's room for a week, my daughter is at college, this weekend she came home and found bra, panties and a thong that she never bought. She said the bra was same cup but wrong size etc.. I never thought this would happen.,

She could also be upset in general that her dad is sleeping with random women. Kids will never be happy for their single parents, unless they've emotionally matured enough to understand it

OK your 18+ daughter is angry that another woman has been in her room. I guess she might feel it is a violation of her space in your house. Possibly she would have been happier if the girl was sharing your bed. Did you wash the bedding etc afterwards?

I'd take the line that you were missing company with daughter away etc.

I understand this from your daughter. I would be furious too when I find out some random invited by my parent stays at my room when I'm away for college. That's really messed up and violates your trust. Its makes it even worse when you come home and find someone else's stuff in your room.
