I love being a woman though it comes with a lot of challenges societally and physically. Motherhood and women's suffering through mensuration is ignored and accepted, and it is one of the hardest and most in-equal things women face in their lives. The burden of caring for the children, and the expectance to take care of men and the household is degrading and men in general look down on women ways that are often threatening. However, being a woman is something I wouldn't change for the world. The secret world women live in and only communicate to one another is genuinely a blessing. I have a real sisterhood with my friends, and being able to hold eachother through life's suffering like family has been so special. We are not afraid of tears or to comfort eachother like many guys are. Even little things, like brushing eachothers hair, sharing clothes, putting on makeup together, even talking over and over about the same guy, it all is a warm loving experience of womanhood. I know things about my friends their husbands/boyfriends could never know or understand. True female friendship is a gift beyond measure.
No accountability.
Low expectations.
