I never wear panties under my skirts and I go out in skirts of all lengths, from micro-mini to maxi with wide slits up to my hips. Most recently was tonight... my husband took me to a fancy restaurant for dinner and a dance club afterward. I wore a micro-miniskirt with a super short little see-through crop top and no bra. I dress like this to show myself to my husband and anyone else who wants to look. I love how it feels and I love how I look.

i wore skirt without panties around 3 times in last 2 months

1st time i wore a skater short skirt with crop top , to my friends birthday party

2nd time i wore a flared short skirt to mall for movie with friends

3rd time i wore a tulle skirt while i was going on a day outing with my friends to the nearby hill station.

I would never done that. If I wear short skirt, my panties is my last line defense from any other material. I don’t want to sit on surfaces in public with my skin directly touching especially private area. Also the air pollution, bugs, sands in the air. I would never wear no panties in skirt.
