i ran into this girl at my local pub on Friday night that i hadn't seen there for a while , i talked to her for a bit and though we got along really well. she seemed glad to see me as it had been a while since we saw each other there.

but then on Saturday she reappeared at the same pub but was sitting at a table with this guy , i don't know who he is , no one mentioned anything about him to me the night i talked to her , she never told me she had a boyfriend. and on Saturday she didn't even like talk to me , she came near me and talked to some other people we both know in common but didn't say anything to me.

did i come on too strong on Friday so she decided to scare me away by showing up with this guy? i'm also not sure who he is , i do follow her online and never seen anything that features him before or a mention of him

Honestly, it sounds like she really enjoyed your encounter. I don’t think her initial thought was to turn you off. She seems to feel comfortable at that bar so she might have invited a potential flame. If you are into her though; shoot your shot. If she says no, ok move on.

i know i felt Friday went well , it didn't seem like she felt uncomfortable with me that night and wanted my attention
its possible she thinks that i like another girl at that pub as one of her close girlfriend's works there and on Saturday i spent a lot of time with her

Yeah it sounds like the communication pool is too crowded. If you like that one girl; keep it consistent. Girls get jealous too. So I’d advise moving around. One girl per bar. Also try new towns bars

first would of mentioned that i hadn't seen her there for a while , she mentioned she had been in another city for school to become a dental hygenist , ( note that i never asked if she seeing anyone ) i also asked about this other bar we go to during the summer and if she was going out to it later this summer , it has concerts and such.

i never asked what she was doing Saturday or if she was coming out to the pub again so i wasn't necessary expecting to see her again

we talked about a couple other things , it wasn't an intense or deeply personal conversation , just felt good to see her and actually be talking to her inperson after so much time had past since last visit. but she seemed happy to see me and everything felt genuine

That is possible. Love is scarce in today's world and if you ever come close to it, the whole world will fight to ensure you lose it. Love is warfare. You've got to be prepared to stay true to your desire. Forgive them and let it go.
