When I speak to a girl they always laugh at what I say and add "you're a dork". What does it mean? Is it a compliment?

It can be a compliment. I call a friend a dork all the time because she is so damn cute and predictable. Look at the context of how it was said to you also. If it didn't come off as mean then take it as a small compliment like what I described with my friend. As I said she is so freakin cute but is predictable in her actions that I call her a dork at least once a day. 😆
