Are you old or young at heart and why do you think so?

for example I’m really young at heart and need a protector and stuff. I’m emotional and sensitive very much so. But sometimes I see women or people who seem to be confident and know what to do all the time, very on their toes and feet in all situations ready for anything good or bad and some seem to still be able to stay positive and have good or decent energy. Just shows how different each of us people are.

I'm young at heart. I still have the attitude that I had in my 20s even though I am much wiser now. :-)
My voice and the way I express myself is youthful. I never practiced putting on airs, sounding authoritative or like a boss or a father figure. I get along with normal people. But with my knowledge, I can converse with very intelligent and informed people on an intellectual level. And, for some reason, people trust and respect me.

Young in spirit old in responsibility and planning. It wasn't until I achieved full financial security in my mid 40's that u started to relax a bit. I'm considerably more relaxed now. But now I can financially afford to be.
