Update about the girl I like?

I recently asked a girl from our workplace out. She said she has to check her schduele and she will let me know. It's been two weeks already, but yet she never came back to me. Recently I was able to not speak to her and finally move on, but now everytime she walks past me she smiles to me and checking me out. My friends also noticed that and told me and thats how I knew. Please let me know what that means and what should be done? plsssss.

If she told you she has to "check her schedule" and then 2 weeks went by without her following up, she most likely was never intending to follow up or go out with you. If somebody is really interested they will make time and want to see you. Any time a girl says she has to check her schedule, it's a classic excuse.

But now she's giving you smiles and looks. She's probably doing this to get your attention because whoever she was seeing - or having sex with - before is no longer seeing her. So she probably figures you're still interested and she can try to get you to make moves on her again.
